How it works

1. Offer a skill

Add your profile with 1–8 skills, a short intro and approximate availability (for example 1–3 hours a week, remote). Causes you care about stay private unless you choose to show them.

2. Find your people

Browse projects and apply to a specific role, or let organizers invite you if you've opted in to invitations. Applying is a request, not a commitment.

3. Make it happen

Once an organizer accepts, you're on the role. If you agreed, you're added to the project's team workspace with tasks and updates.

Ideas and teams

You can post an idea before you have a team, and form a team before you have a project. Teams can work on several projects.

Availability freshness

After 30 days we ask you to reconfirm. After 60 days your profile shows "Availability not recently confirmed" and is left out of "currently available" results until you reconfirm.
